Tape Conversions

All tape transfer services are available for any of the following types of media:

VHS, Super VHS, VHS-C, 8mm, Digital 8, MiniDV

Direct Transfer: No Editing Of Any Kind

This is simply a straight format conversion from video tape to one of the media format options below.
We encourage you to number the tapes in the order you would like them to be transferred.
Please provide a title for each tape, otherwise we will use a generic title.

1-2 Tapes: $20/Tape

3-5 Tapes: $10/Tape (Plus a $15 Conversion Fee)

6+ Tapes: $6/Tape (Plus a $15 Conversion Fee)

Video Clip Organizing

We will digitize all your tapes and create clips. By appointment, you will meet with one of our editors to view and eliminate unwanted clips, arrange clips into any order and create a digital master in any of the media formats below. You will also have the option of creating title pages, adding music and even creating still photos from your footage.

$35/Hour + Your choice of a media format below

Media Format Options

Flash Drive*: All files will be placed on a flash drive. File format (H.264, AVI, MOV, etc) and drive format (exFAT, FAT32, NTFS) can be customized upon request.
Price: $15/32GB flash drive. More than one drive may be needed if the total file size of the order is greater than the capacity of a singe flash drive.
*Flash drive must be new and purchased through WCAT for safety and security reasons. We will not accept a previously used flash drive.

Cloud Download Service: All of your files will be uploaded to our private cloud and you will be given a download link.
Price: $25/90 Days. Additional time may be purchased upon request.
